Tarama – Carp Caviar – Krinos 250 g
Tarama is saithe eggs that have aged and cured for over a year. It is used for hors d’oeuvres or in the preparation of Taramosalata, a delicious Greek spread. Tarama is gluten free.
When blended with oil, lemon juice and chopped onions, it becomes taramosalata, a delicious caviar spread.
