SHIPPING TIME

If you choose to pick up your order from our store please kindly give us 3 hours to prepare your order.If your print and bring your order including your reference number it will help us to identify your order very quickly. 

If you're ordering from the city of Toronto (any postal code within the city) we offer same day delivery service if we receive your order by 12:00 pm (noon). Within Toronto we ship your order with United Messengers Ltd. When you are placing an order please make sure that you include the phone number where we can reach you and if possible please be available for receiving delivery of your order. If this is not possible, please inform us of a safe place where your delivery can be left. Extra delivery charges will be applied if you are not available for delivery at the specified time or have not provided us instructions of where your delivery can be left in your absence.

Packages outside the city of Toronto (anywhere else in Canada) are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post's service with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Priority Shipping with required signature, an additional cost will be applied.

We offer shipping service in Canada.

We offer free shipping service with a minimum net purchase of 150 Canadian Dollars.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS

We accept cancellation of orders within 8 hours from the date of payment and order places.

And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste. We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide photos if possible.
